The Collaborative Strategies Network meets four times a year at a location in central London. Under semi-structured facilitation, all discussions are based on genuine collaboration and a spirit of inquiry, and are conducted on a Chatham House rules basis. At times discussions need to be conducted on even tighter rules so as to encourage the flow of conversation and insight. Because so many of our members rely on developing and protecting their own intellectual property rights, every participant is encouraged to seek permission for use of another person’s ideas and if helpful, give credit and recognition to the person concerned, and where appropriate, the Collaborative Strategies Network.
Meetings are conducted on a collaborative and inclusive basis, ensuring that tasks are commissioned and implemented between and at meetings, the fullest participation is encouraged and the dynamics of the group regularly reviewed and are a source of learning so as to put as much value on how the network works together as on what is actually discussed.
