The Collaborative Strategies Network is a global, multi-disciplinary professional network that enables us to tap different expertise and experience to improve collaboration within and between nations, sectors, disciplines and organizations. It thrives on a dynamic interaction of participants from different backgrounds to understand the scope and limits of collaboration, and to provide insight into the complex challenges that we face as a society. This richness of insight can work at a global, national, regional and local level because systemic challenges demand systemic approaches to problem-solving.
It is inspired by the report for the UK Government, The Enabling State: Collaborating for Success. It brings together more than 80 professionals, all distinguished in their own right through their work in government, business and civil society.
Vision: To bring about a more collaborative society in which individuals and groups better understand the scope and limits of collaboration, and work effectively together to find common ground while embracing, working through or accepting differences.
Mission: To enable and support leaders and professionals across cultures, disciplines, countries, sectors and organizations to work better at creating and building collaboration by interacting with the Collaborative Strategies Network and tapping its expertise, experience and multiple perspectives as a cross-disciplinary group.
Its strategic partners include:
- Cornerstone Global Associates
- Centre for Public Innovation
- Abaci Partners
